Automations: visual matcher builder

## Что это UI в Skills → Automations для создания matcher-based automations без YAML/JSON. Drag-drop conditions: - `Source = Gmail` AND `From contains "boss@"` → trigger mission «Draft reply» - `Calendar event ends` AND `Title contains "1:1"` → trigger «Generate followup notes» - `Slack mention` AND `Channel = #incidents` → trigger «Page on-call» Visual condition tree: AND/OR groups, NOT, regex-fields. Live-preview matches на last 100 events источника. Test-run в sandbox перед activate. Versioning: каждое изменение — new version, rollback в 1 click. Компоненты: `apps/electron/src/screens/Automations`, `@rox-one/shared/automations`, `agisota/reaflow` для node-graph rendering. ## Зачем Matchers через YAML — power-user feature.
