Full breakdown in design doc Section 3. ## Acceptance Criteria (vision-level) 1. T271 ships on framework (or absorbs into framework ≤1 dev-day post-landing). 2. Browser-as-tool ships as new integration (≤200 LoC manifest + custom code, smell-check). 3. Rox Design refactor: zero functional regression + ≥40% bespoke LoC reduction. 4. Playbook published; new integration can be stood up in ≤1 day using docs. 5. Framework test infrastructure exists (closes Lane C \~0% coverage gap). ## Implementation Plan Sections 3 + 4 of design doc.
