Mod store: community themes, layouts, и chrome packs

## Что это Идея: visual customization marketplace — community-driven themes и UI mods. Темы могут переопределять: - Color tokens (всё, что в `@rox-one/ui` tokens) - Font choices (с проверкой license) - Layout density (compact / comfortable / spacious) - Window chrome (frameless / native / custom titlebar) - Sound packs (notification sounds, action confirmations) - ASCII/text-art splash screens (Cursor-style) Manifest: `mod.json` с metadata + signed payload. Installation: drag-drop .roxmod file или install через mod-store UI. Hot-reload — switching theme без restart. Safety: mods не могут exec arbitrary code (только declarative tokens); revert button в 1 click. ## Зачем Personalization создаёт ownership feeling. Power-users тратят hours на theming своих tools (VSCode, Neovim, Obsidian themes — large ecosystems).
